AI Sales Agent

Capabilities

The full inventory, grouped by what you are actually trying to establish before you buy.

Most AI SDR products describe an outcome and leave you to guess at the machinery. This is the machinery. Where something is configurable rather than automatic, it says so.

Product knowledge

The reason it can answer a real question instead of deflecting to a meeting.

  • Company Brain

Product docs, pricing, positioning, ICP and objection handling, loaded once and reused by every agent and workflow we run for you.

  • Grounded answers

Responses are generated against your actual product information rather than the model’s general knowledge.

  • Answer validation

Product claims are checked against your documentation before they send, rather than trusted because the sentence reads well.

  • Portable and exportable

Company Brain is yours. If the engagement ends, the knowledge layer goes with you.

Audience and data

Finding the right companies, then the right people inside them.

  • Company and people search

Build a target list by firmographic and role criteria rather than buying a static file.

  • Contacts at your accounts

Upload a company list and find the right people inside each one.

  • Enrichment

Fill gaps on contacts you already have, including ones sitting stale in your CRM.

  • List import

Bring your own CSV. It goes through the same validation as anything we source.

  • Validation and cleaning

Two-stage verification, plus filtering of disposable domains, role addresses and known bad records, before a single send.

  • Suppression

Unsubscribes, current customers, open opportunities and anyone you name are held out across every sequence.

Outbound

Sequences built from a brief, personalised per prospect, sent like a person sends.

  • Plain-English briefs

Describe the audience and the angle; we build the sequence. No sequence builder to learn.

  • Multi-step sequences

Real touch counts and intervals, with as many variants as an audience needs.

  • Per-prospect research

Each contact is researched against their site, the live web and your content library. The research object is visible and editable before send.

  • Your voice, not a template

The agent writes to your patterns rather than to the cadence that makes AI copy obvious.

  • Human send scheduling

Multi-sender rotation, per-sender daily caps, business-hour windows, timezone awareness, holiday skipping.

  • Follow-up that stops

The sequence halts the moment a human replies, resumes after an out-of-office, and suppresses permanently on unsubscribe.

  • Re-engagement

Dormant contacts and closed-lost opportunities can be worked as their own motion.

Inbound and conversation

The half most AI SDR tools do not do at all.

  • Reply classification

Every reply is read and sorted: question, objection, interest, scheduling, out-of-office, unsubscribe, bounce.

  • Contextual responses

Drafted from your product knowledge and the thread so far, not from a canned-reply library.

  • Meeting booking

Reads live calendar availability, offers times in the prospect’s timezone, and handles reschedules.

  • Escalation

When a question needs a human, it says so and hands over rather than improvising.

  • Auto-responder

Inbound to your sending addresses gets handled rather than bouncing into an unwatched inbox.

Sending infrastructure

Covered in depth on its own page, because it is the thing most likely to quietly ruin an outbound programme.

  • Dedicated sending domains

Outbound runs on separate domains so your primary domain is never the one at risk.

  • Mailbox provisioning

Inboxes created, authenticated and configured as part of Launch.

  • Authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and health-checked rather than assumed.

  • Warmup

Every mailbox is warmed before it sends to a stranger, and monitored after.

  • Workspace connection

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenants can be connected directly for onboarding senders in bulk.

How we protect deliverability

Measurement

What actually happened, not vanity metrics.

  • Delivery and engagement

Sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, unsubscribes and failed sends, per campaign and per sender.

  • Inbox placement testing

Test where mail is landing rather than inferring it from open rates.

  • Spam analysis

Per-campaign checks on the content and configuration that trip filters.

  • Resend to non-openers

Re-approach the segment that never saw it, without re-sending to people who did.

  • Weekly operator report

A named human tells you what changed and why. That summary is the deliverable.

Common questions

Is this a tool I get a login to?

The capability list is what we run on your behalf. You get the output, the artifacts and a named operator, not a seat and a learning curve. If you want visibility into the underlying system we will give it to you, but nobody is required to log in to get value.

Which of these are automatic and which are configurable?

Validation, suppression, authentication, warmup and reply classification always run. Send volumes, approval steps, business hours and how aggressive re-engagement gets are all set with you during Launch and revisited in the weekly session.

Does it work with my CRM?

Yes. Contact records, activity and outcomes sync so your CRM stays the system of record rather than becoming a second place to look.

What is not included?

It does not cold call, run paid media, or work consumer audiences. It is built for B2B conversations that happen over email, and it is honest about the ones that need a person.
