The Reel Axis AI Sales Agent
A managed AI SDR that becomes an expert on your product in about ten minutes, then runs outbound and inbound from your own inboxes: tuned weekly by a named operator.
A sales agent, not another SDR tool
SDR tools do outbound and stop at the reply. This one answers, qualifies, and books, because it actually knows the product.
Do you offer a bulk rate if we order more than a pallet?
Yes. Pricing breaks at 2 pallets and again at 5, and freight is included above 5 in the continental US. I can put exact numbers for your volume in front of you, or get you 15 minutes with Chris this week if it is easier to talk through.
- Grounded in your product docs
- Sent from your mailbox
- Escalates when it should
Two motions, one agent
Both run from your own email infrastructure, and both are grounded in the same product knowledge.
Conversation Starter
Builds multi-step sequences from plain-English briefs, researches every prospect individually against their website, the live web, and your content library, and sends from your real mailbox on a human schedule.
Rep Assist
Reads and classifies every reply, drafts contextual responses grounded in your product knowledge, books meetings on live calendar availability, and knows when to stop.
What you actually get back
The point is not that a machine is doing sales. It is that the work that used to sit on your desk, and only moved when you had a spare hour, now moves without you.
In most owner-led businesses the sales motion is not broken, it is simply queued behind the owner. Follow-up happens when there is a gap. Inbound gets answered when the day allows. Research gets skipped because there is no time to do it properly.
None of that is a skill problem, and hiring for it is expensive and slow. Handing it to something that is expert on day one and never has a busy week means the follow-up simply happens, and your hours go to the conversations that actually need you in the room.

Owner-led B2B service businesses with a complex product, typically 6–30 employees and $1M–$20M in revenue.
A good fit if
- The owner is still the best salesperson in the business
- The product needs expertise to sell, not just a price
- Inbound leads come in and die in follow-up
- A junior rep would take twelve months to ramp
Not a fit if
- You sell self-serve SaaS with no sales conversation
- You are enterprise, above ~500 employees, with procurement and security review
- You are D2C or ecommerce
- You want a tool and a login rather than an operator

Common questions
What is the Reel Axis AI Sales Agent?
The Reel Axis AI Sales Agent is a managed AI Sales Development Rep built on Claude that runs outbound and inbound sales conversations from your own inboxes. It becomes an expert on your product in about ten minutes of setup and is tuned weekly by a named operator.
How accurate is it really?
We do not publish an accuracy percentage, because we could not show you the working behind it. What we can tell you is how accuracy is produced: answers come from your own product documentation rather than the model guessing, product claims are checked before they send, and a named operator corrects anything thin every week. If you want to test it rather than take our word for it, that is exactly what Try to stump it is for.
Does it send from my email or a shared relay?
Your own Gmail or Outlook, connected by OAuth. Real mailboxes, with multi-sender rotation, per-sender caps, business-hour windows, timezone awareness, and holiday skipping.
How does it handle replies?
It reads and classifies every reply, question, objection, interest, scheduling, out-of-office, unsubscribe, bounce, and drafts contextual responses grounded in your product knowledge. It stops on reply, resumes after an OOO, and suppresses on unsubscribe.
Can it book meetings?
Yes. It reads live Calendly availability, offers times in the prospect’s timezone, and handles reschedules.
How is this different from Apollo or Instantly?
Those give you a login and a sequence builder; the quality of the output is your problem. We build the sequences, ground them in your Company Brain, run them, and tune them weekly. You are buying the operator as much as the software.
How is this different from an SDR agency?
An agency puts junior humans on your product and takes months to ramp them. The agent is expert on day one, costs a fraction of a junior rep, and has a senior operator rather than a junior one doing the thinking.
What does it cost?
It is not priced on its own. The AI Sales Agent runs inside a Starter or Operator package, set by scope, inboxes, volume, and how many distinct audiences you are running. Packages run $1,500 to $7,500+ a month plus a one-time Launch.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes from product-doc upload to a production-ready agent, inside a Launch that typically kicks off within 5 business days.
Is any of this going to get my domain burned?
No, and it is the part we engineer hardest. Outbound runs on dedicated sending domains rather than your primary, every mailbox is authenticated and warmed before it sends, and we test inbox placement rather than assume it.
What if it doesn't work?
If the engagement is not working for the business in the first 30 days, we refund the first monthly bill. After Launch there is a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 45 days notice.
