The 30-day guarantee is the part that costs us something real, and that is the point. It means we only start engagements we think will work, and it means the pressure to produce something valuable sits with us rather than with you.
The no-lock-in commitment does the same job from the other end. If the work stops being worth it, you leave with 45 days notice and take your Company Brain with you.

What counts as "not working"?
You decide. If in the first 30 days the engagement is not producing something the business values, that is enough. We do not ask you to prove it against a metric we picked.
How do I claim the guarantee?
Tell your operator, or email getreel@reelaxis.com. We credit back the first monthly bill. There is no form and no retention call.
Does the guarantee cover Launch?
The guarantee credits the first monthly service bill. Launch is the setup work that installs your Company Brain and stands up the first workflow, and that work is delivered and yours to keep regardless.

What if I want to pause instead of cancel?
Tell us. Pausing is usually the right answer when a business hits a busy season rather than a problem with the work, and we would rather pause than lose the relationship.
