See what these workflows actually look like running
Tell us what you would want off your plate. We show you those workflows running live, in a working environment, so you can judge it for yourself instead of taking our word for it.
How a Workflow Demonstration works
One session, 45 to 60 minutes, nothing to prepare.
- 01
Book the session
One call, 45 to 60 minutes. No scoping call beforehand and nothing to prepare beyond a rough list.
- 02
Tell us what you want automated
The tasks you would most like to stop doing by hand. Working out which are genuinely automatable is part of the conversation.
- 03
We show you those workflows running
Live, in a working environment. You can interrupt, ask what happens in your case, and watch how the awkward parts get handled.
- 04
You decide whether any of it is worth having
If it is, we scope it into a package. If it is not, you leave knowing far more about what AI can actually do at your size.
What workflows we can demonstrate
These are examples, not a menu. The workflow gets built to whatever you actually need.
Dashboards
Revenue, ops, KPI, and exec dashboards that assemble themselves instead of being rebuilt every month.
Client onboarding
Intake, welcome sequences, and kickoff docs that go out the same day rather than the same week.
Marketing
Newsletters, content programs, and campaign management that actually ship on cadence.
Project management
Status reports, meeting summaries, and task routing that survive a busy week.
Sales operations
Pipeline hygiene, lead scoring, and CRM enrichment without a RevOps hire.
Anything else
One workflow, real business, real value. If it is repeatable and it matters, it is demonstrable.
Why live, and not a recording
Every recorded demo works. That is what makes them useless: you are watching a path that has been walked a thousand times, edited, on data chosen to make it look easy.
Running it live means you can stop us. Ask what happens when the input is messy, when the answer is genuinely ambiguous, when a person has to step in. Those are the moments that tell you whether this would survive contact with your business, and they are exactly the moments a recording edits out.
There is nothing to buy at the end. If none of it is worth having, you have still spent an hour getting a straight answer about what AI can and cannot do at your size, which is more than most vendor calls leave you with.

Common questions
What is a Workflow Demonstration?
You tell us what you would want automated, and we show you those workflows running live in a working environment. It is a session, not a build: the point is that you see what this actually looks like in motion rather than having to imagine it from a description.
What does it cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation. We do it because watching a workflow actually run is a better argument than anything we could write about it.
Why live rather than a recording?
Recorded demos only ever show the happy path. Running it live means you can interrupt, ask what happens in your situation, and watch us handle the awkward cases in real time.
How long does it take?
One session, typically 45 to 60 minutes. Book it and come with a list of what you would want off your plate.
What do I need to bring?
A list of the tasks you would most like to stop doing by hand. The more specific the better, but half-formed is fine too. Working out which ones are actually automatable is part of the session.
What happens after the session?
If something you saw is worth having, we scope it and it lands in Starter or Operator. If nothing is, you leave with a much clearer picture of what AI can and cannot do for a business your size, which is worth the hour on its own.
Which workflows can you demonstrate?
Dashboards, client onboarding, marketing and content, project management, sales operations, and more. The categories are examples rather than a menu: tell us the task and we will show you the nearest thing we run.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. There are no prompts to write, no dashboards to learn, and no logins to manage. You review output and tell us what to adjust.
