Every engagement begins with Launch. There is no path to production without it.
How we decide which one is right
On a 30-minute call, not from a table. The right package comes out of the scoping conversation.
We ask what you want running, how complex it is, and how much back-and-forth you expect to need. Those three answers put you in a band, and the band sets the price.
If the honest answer is that one clean workflow solves your problem, we will tell you that and put you in Starter, even though Operator is where our business does better.
Common questions about pricing
How much does this cost?
Packages run $1,500 to $7,500+ per month depending on how many workflows we run, plus a one-time Launch setup from $1,500. We scope each engagement on a 30-minute call and quote one number rather than publishing a tier ladder.
Why is there no pricing table with checkboxes?
Because two businesses buying "an AI Sales Agent" can reasonably pay $1,500 or $6,000 depending on volume, complexity, and how much unstructured support they need. We scope on a call and quote one number rather than making you guess which row you are.
What decides which package I land in?
How much you want running. One workflow end to end is Starter. Two to four running together is Operator. Five or more, or a full function replaced, is Department.
What is Launch and why is it required?
Launch is the one-time setup that installs the foundation: discovery, Company Brain, Claude workspace, connectors, and your first workflow. There is no path to production without it, because an agent with no knowledge of your business is the thing everyone else is selling.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months after Launch, then month-to-month with 45 days notice. Department engagements are scoped custom.
What if it doesn't work?
If the engagement is not working for the business in the first 30 days, we credit back the first monthly bill. After Launch there is a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 45 days notice.
Can I move between packages?
Yes, and most clients do. Adding a second workflow is the usual reason people move from Starter to Operator, normally inside the first quarter.
Who owns the AI you build?
You own your Company Brain, the knowledge layer behind the work, and it is portable and exportable. The workflows we build for your business belong to your engagement.
