Starter: One focus area, done right
One focus area, marketing, sales, or operations, with one workflow running end to end.
What Starter includes
- One focus area: marketing, sales, or operations
- One workflow built and run end to end
- Company Brain, installed and maintained
- AI Workflow Hub access
- A named operator and a shared channel
Who Starter is for
Owner-led businesses ready to adopt AI in one part of the business at a time, with a clearly bounded first problem.
What the first three months look like
Launch kicks off within about 5 business days and the first workflow is usually live inside 10.
- 01
Month 1: Launch and first output
We run discovery, build your Company Brain, configure connectors, and stand up the workflow. You see real output inside the first month.
- 02
Month 2: Tuning against reality
Your operator tunes the workflow against what actually happened: what replied, what shipped, what needed editing. Accuracy climbs fastest here.
- 03
Month 3: Steady state
The workflow runs on cadence and you review output rather than manage it. This is where most clients start asking what else could work like this.
Is Starter the right size?
If it isn't, we would rather move you than sell you the wrong one.

Who is Starter for?
Owner-led businesses ready to adopt AI in one part of the business at a time, with a clearly bounded first problem.
What does Starter cost?
$1,500 to $3,000 per month, plus a one-time Launch setup from $1,500. Where you land inside that band depends on volume, complexity, and how much unstructured support the engagement needs.
What moves the number inside the band?
Volume, emails, cadence, contacts, campaigns. Complexity inside the workflow, segments, brands, regions. And support surface: how much back-and-forth outside the defined work you expect to need.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months after Launch, then month-to-month with 45 days notice. Department engagements are scoped custom.
What if it doesn't work?
If the engagement is not working for the business in the first 30 days, we credit back the first monthly bill. After Launch there is a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 45 days notice.
Who owns the AI you build?
You own your Company Brain, the knowledge layer behind the work, and it is portable and exportable. The workflows we build for your business belong to your engagement.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. There are no prompts to write, no dashboards to learn, and no logins to manage. You review output and tell us what to adjust.
