Who Operator is for
Businesses running AI across more than one function, or one function with real complexity: multiple audiences, regions, or brands.
What the first three months look like
Launch kicks off within about 5 business days and the first workflow is usually live inside 10.
- 01
Month 1: Launch and workflow one
Discovery, Company Brain, Claude workspace, connectors, and the first of your workflows live. We also build the roadmap for the rest.
- 02
Month 2: Workflows two and three
The second and third workflows come up faster than the first, because the foundation is already carrying your knowledge and your voice.
- 03
Month 3: Roadmap in motion
The parking-lot roadmap becomes the operating rhythm. You raise things in the shared channel and they get scoped, built, and run.

Who is Operator for?
Businesses running AI across more than one function, or one function with real complexity: multiple audiences, regions, or brands.
What does Operator cost?
$3,000 to $7,500 per month, plus a one-time Launch setup from $1,500. Where you land inside that band depends on volume, complexity, and how much unstructured support the engagement needs.
What moves the number inside the band?
Volume, emails, cadence, contacts, campaigns. Complexity inside the workflow, segments, brands, regions. And support surface: how much back-and-forth outside the defined work you expect to need.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months after Launch, then month-to-month with 45 days notice. Department engagements are scoped custom.
What if it doesn't work?
If the engagement is not working for the business in the first 30 days, we credit back the first monthly bill. After Launch there is a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 45 days notice.
Who owns the AI you build?
You own your Company Brain, the knowledge layer behind the work, and it is portable and exportable. The workflows we build for your business belong to your engagement.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. There are no prompts to write, no dashboards to learn, and no logins to manage. You review output and tell us what to adjust.
