Workflow & AI

How do I know if my business is ready for AI?

If you can describe how a task should be done well enough that a new hire could do it, you are ready. The blocker is almost never technology: it is whether the process exists clearly enough to hand over.

The readiness test

Pick one recurring task. Can you say what goes in, what comes out, how often, and what makes it good? If yes, it can be built. If no, the first work is defining it, which is worth doing regardless.

What you do not need

A data strategy, a tooling audit, technical staff, or an AI budget line. You need one process and someone to run it.

The one real disqualifier

No documentation of any kind. If nothing about your product or process is written down anywhere, we cannot ground an agent in it, and we will tell you that.
